As you might know Tyris and I hold to something known as New Covenant Theology. Simply stated. There are two overarching covenants. The Old and the New. The first given at Sinai the other in Christ. Both ratified in blood. One gracious the other one not so much. One is obsolete (Hebrews 8-9) the other is how the church was birthed and continues on. My position is one that says Israel is a non-believing picture of the people of God as a whole while God has always been faithful in keeping a remenant faithful. The faithful remnant look forward to the Messiah and was counted righteous as we look back and are counted righteous. The 1644 London Baptist Confession would closely reflect what I would agree with from a confessional perspective and I would also be deemed “Calvinistic“.
I have done this before but there are two books I highly recommend. The First in “Abraham’s 4 Seeds and can be purchased at www.soundofgrace.com. The book simply lists and defines the 4 seeds of Abraham. This is proabably one of the best reads I have read in my short theological journey

The next is “Tablets of Stone”. This is also a really good read but will take a bit more brain power. Both books are authored by John Reisinger. Who also runs www.soundofgrace.com .
This post looked lonely:
